Beacon Hill Named to SIA’s Prestigious Best Staffing Firms to Work for List for Seventh Straight Year

Beacon Hill Staffing Group was recently named to Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) 2022 "Best Staffing Firms to Work For" list for the seventh year in a row!

The companies named to this list were announced during the Executive Forum North America conference held in Austin, Texas. Beacon Hill was one of eight finalists honored in the 500-plus employee category.

This list was compiled based on research conducted by SIA in conjunction with Quantum Workplace. Internal employees at each firm were asked to complete an online survey that measured key engagement categories, focusing on items including teamwork, trust in senior leaders, diversity and inclusion, manager effectiveness, compensation and benefits.
