Tom Dawicki

Mr. Dawicki is responsible for leading and directing the Beacon Hill Technologies Division in the Hartford marketplace. Prior to Beacon Hill, Tom helped launch multiple markets along the East Coast, including Hartford and Stamford, and played an essential role while opening, building and developing highly successful sales and delivery teams in eight of the largest IT markets across the country in both private and public sectors. Mr. Dawicki prides himself on being attentive and collaborative with clients, partnering to hire newly formed teams, managed services, and team build outs. He passionately cares for his client’s wellbeing while delivering a positive consultant experience that has resulted in more than a decade of repeat customers. His belief in leading by example has allowed him to develop high-performing delivery and client facing teams by attracting top talent across the country. Mr. Dawicki received his Bachelor's degree from East Carolina University where he majored in Health and Fitness.
