Ms. Bestreich is responsible for leading and managing Beacon Hill Associates in Dallas while directing operations for all Associates offices in Texas. Ms. Bestreich is an experienced industry professional with diverse experience and a history of leading successful staffing operations in multiple markets. She is regarded as a strong mentor and advocate for the people on her teams, always supporting the recruitment efforts of her clients with the highest standards of quality and service. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Bestreich was Vice President of Market Sales for a large global staffing organization, where she oversaw multiple divisions and office locations across Texas. Ms. Bestreich began her career in staffing working for one of the largest privately held healthcare staffing organizations in the country, where she established herself as a top individual producer and was promoted to Director of Account Management, where she continued to work directly with key clients across the country while managing a team. Ms. Bestreich relocated for an opportunity to join another healthcare staffing organization as Vice President, where she led sales efforts and managed one of their most successful offices. Prior to her career in staffing, Ms. Bestreich spent three years in advertising sales as Senior Account Executive for a high profile magazine focused on the culinary and hospitality industry. Ms. Bestreich received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver, where she majored in Finance and Marketing.
