Chief Digital & Operations Officer
Norm Joseph serves as the Chief Digital and Operations Officer of Beacon Hill Staffing Group. He is responsible for shaping and implementing Beacon Hill’s digital vision. Leveraging his expertise in digital strategy and innovation, he ensures the firm enhances its digital ecosystem and develops Beacon Hill's digital talent.
Beyond the digital spectrum, Mr. Joseph is instrumental in directing Beacon Hill's broader corporate landscape. He manages corporate administration, real estate strategy, marketing initiatives, and middle office and corporate operations.
Throughout his career, Mr. Joseph has been renowned for building high-performance, customer-centric teams that consistently deliver value. Before joining Beacon Hill, he directed the middle office product strategy at Bullhorn. His leadership journey also encompasses overseeing product management at recruit across diverse areas. Notably, he was a key member of the executive team that orchestrated Erecruit's successful exit to Bullhorn. Earlier, his entrepreneurial drive shone when he founded and subsequently sold a thriving technology consulting venture. He began his corporate career as a management recruiter at Truist Bank.
Beyond his professional commitments, Mr. Joseph is actively involved in community service. He serves on the board of James River HS PTA and is a dedicated coach for youth basketball. Academically, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.
