Lindsay (Reardon) Kaplan

Ms. Kaplan is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Technologies in Boston, New York City, Hartford, Raleigh, D.C., Charlotte, Virginia Beach/Norfolk and Baltimore. She oversees IT staffing service/delivery, sales and daily operations, while personally focusing on key account management. Ms. Kaplan has a proven track record of success delivering to customers across a wide array of industries and has been delivering top technology talent and customer solutions in the Greater Boston area since 2008. As a leader, she is known for developing highly successful internal teams of technical Recruiters, Account Executives, and Staffing Consultants within contract/consulting services and permanent placement divisions, across Core IT, Digital & Creative, and Government Services practices. Before joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Kaplan started her career as a recruiter for a large national IT staffing firm where she was consistently recognized as a top performer and leader. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from the Pennsylvania State University where she majored in Biology and minored in Health Policy and Administration.
