Kathleen Keliher
Managing Director and EVP, Executive Committee Member
Ms. Keliher is managing director and EVP of Beacon Hill Solutions, the experience-focused managed services division of Beacon Hill Staffing Group. She and her team provide customized talent-driven solutions that reflect each client's priorities, joining MSP services with individually chosen Vendor Management System (VMS) technology in streamlined programs that encompass talent from all sources. A subject matter expert in comprehensive bundled solutions, Ms. Keliher leads her teams to understand their clients' current and desired end-state solutions for a range of services including MSP, VMS, Payrolling, 1099/Independent Contractor (IC) Management, Statement of Work (SOW), Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), and Master Vendor models. Having spent the past decade of her career specializing in the design of complex human capital management strategies, Ms. Keliher is recognized for her success in the design and delivery of first and second generation Managed Services Provider (MSP) solutions with a particular expertise in emerging growth companies across industries.
Leveraging years of success within private and global, publicly-traded organizations alike, Ms. Keliher is responsible for the national expansion of Beacon Hill Solutions, including program architecture, implementation, and ongoing service delivery. She has a strong track record for solving complex talent challenges through the creative application of targeted solutions. Ms. Keliher aligns herself with client executives and delivery professionals alike and is known as a passionate leader whose energetic presence inspires and drives strong results across all programs she oversees.
Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Keliher was recognized as a top-performing Vice President with the world's second-largest HR solutions provider, where she was responsible for the design, execution, and exponential growth of the sales strategy that helped build the business from its inception to becoming a top provider in the country. She joined the staffing industry in 1996, and spent several years as a regional manager overseeing multiple offices and on-site programs at preferred-client locations. A member of Beacon Hill's Executive Committee, Ms. Keliher holds a Bachelor of Arts in marketing and business administration from Merrimack College.
