Mr. Tarbox is managing director and EVP of Beacon Hill Legal, the specialty legal staffing and outsourcing division of Beacon Hill Staffing Group. Mr. Tarbox and his teams help law firms and corporate legal groups save time and money by designing creative and compliant temporary staffing solutions that range from contract staffing of attorneys, paralegals, and legal secretaries, to large-scale management of document review projects. Under Mr. Tarbox's leadership, Beacon Hill Legal has grown to become the #3 largest legal staffing firm in the US. Beacon Hill Legal was recently named "Best Legal Recruiter for Lawyers and Support Staff" by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.
As a founding employee of Beacon Hill Staffing Group, Mr. Tarbox is responsible for Beacon Hill Legal's national expansion. He is recognized as an early adopter of new technology and trends, enabling his team and clients to proactively address the evolving challenges that face the legal staffing industry, and he has been published in the New York Law Journal. Since 2016, Mr. Tarbox and his team of legal staffing professionals have designed systems and process that support the staffing and management of document review projects, efficiently processing millions of documents at review centers across the US throughout this time.
Mr. Tarbox began his career as a specialist in permanent placement and has a demonstrated history of success in Executive Search, having consistently delivered quality personnel for even the most complex and demanding projects since 1997. Mr. Tarbox holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Hampshire. He is a member of Beacon Hill's Executive Committee and sits on the company's Technology Committee.
