Courtney Blaylock
Business Development Manager
Mrs. Blaylock is responsible for leading the business development functions for the St. Louis sales team. She joined Beacon Hill in November 2018 after working for another large staffing firm for over 11 years. Mrs. Blaylock previously was the National Account Manager for ESI/Cigna, before moving back to the St. Louis branch under Debra Wannstedt. She is now responsible for the St. Louis Account Executives supporting ESI/Cigna, in addition to directly supporting Charter Communications. Mrs. Blaylock started her career in IT staffing right out of college and has a true passion for sales and leadership. Mrs. Blaylock frequently contributes to St. Jude, and her family actively participates in the March for MS every year. In her free time, she spends as much time as possible with her two daughters and husband. Mrs. Blaylock is proud to be part of Beacon Hill, and looks forward to taking the STL team to the next level.
