Mr. Szeniawski is responsible for leading executive search for Beacon Hill Financial in the Greater Boston area. Overseeing both contingency and retained search, Mr. Szeniawski is known for delivering customized staffing solutions to clients that range from startup to well-established global organizations. Mr. Szeniawski began his career with Beacon Hill Financial and has held a variety of leadership roles, while also being a top individual contributor. Throughout his tenure, he has been recognized as Rookie of the Year, named to President’s Club multiple times, as well as named a Top National Producer. Mr. Szeniawski holds a Bachelor of Science degree from George Washington University where he majored in finance.
