Mr. Sommer is responsible for leading the temporary and contract staffing division for Beacon Hill Financial in the New York City office. His reputation in the market with his clients over the last 13 years has been instrumental in providing them with quality temporary staffing solutions. He has worked with clients across all industries and understands their hiring needs. He looks to partner with each new client to truly understand their business, so that his team can provide the best service for each specific hiring need. He has worked in the start-up community helping clients with their first Accounting & Finance hires to Fortune 1000 companies. He has supported many in the nonprofit industry and has a true understanding of each client in order to make a successful match whether it be a short-term or long-term engagement. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Sommer was working in the New York market with a privately-held staffing firm with a team that established itself as one of the leading divisions within the company. Mr. Sommer received a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University where he majored in recreational therapy.
