Ben Daves
Regional Director
Mr. Daves is responsible for directing Beacon Hill Financial in the St. Louis and Nashville marketplaces. He is known for his extensive management experience and the ability to provide exceptional levels of customer service, while providing top talent to the area’s businesses on both a contract/temporary and direct-hire basis. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Daves was responsible for managing a staffing operation for the world’s largest specialized staffing firm where, in addition to his operations management, he was responsible for maintaining enterprise-wide relationships, on a national basis, for staffing and recruiting with many of the nation’s Fortune 1000 companies coast to coast. Mr. Daves received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Drury University, where he majored in business management.
