Alexis Demetriades

Ms. Demetriades is a senior member of Beacon Hill’s HR search practice, providing leadership in the Boston market. She is responsible for managing a large client and candidate portfolio, and focuses on direct-hire and contract placement in the HR space. She is responsible for managing a team of Consultants and for supporting the development of internal employees. Prior to Beacon Hill Staffing Group, Alexis held an Executive Recruiting role at a Pharmaceutical Staffing firm as well as a position in Radio Advertisement sales. She is a University of Denver graduate, where she majored in Marketing and French.
