Title: Sr IT Support Specialist - ServiceNow
5+ years of progressive hands on IT End User Support Experience from Tier I to Tier II
Experience with ServiceNow Ticketing System
Experience Supporting Windows v 10, MS Office, Outlook/Exchange, TEAMS, Office 365 , etc
1+ year of relatively recent experience supporting MAC's - Apple OSX
Strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and follow up
Experience in a large enterprise env - 1,000+ end users or more
Experience with database management - ServiceNow CMDB, Excell, Access, SharePoint Wiki's/Knowlegebase Articles, etc
ServiceNow CMDB Management Experience
Executive / White Glove Support Experience
Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA): Windows 10
Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT)
Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE): Desktop Infrastructure
Experience using team knowledge Wikis utilizing Microsoft SharePoint.
Experience creating and editing Knowledgebase articles.
Technical Project Management experience.
Description of Role/Responsibilities:
Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a Sr IT Support Specialist - ServiceNow for a contract to hire opportunity with one of our large clients in the Engineering and Construction Industry. This is a newly created position and we're seeking a candidate with at least 5 years of progressive IT End User Support experience inclusive of large enterprise env (1,000+ users). In this role, 70% of your responsibilities will be tied to ServiceNow CMDB and 30% will be acting as back up to the dedicated Sr IT Executive Support Technician who supports the executive leadership team at their corporate office. Candidates must have prior experience with ServicNow, but our client is open to candidates who have not functioned as a ServiceNow CMDB previously, but who have strong attention to detail and some database knowledge exp (excel, access, CRM, etc) You will act as liaison between the IT Service Desk team and the ServiceNow team and will track the configuration management and collaborate and coordinate with the configuration Incident (CI) data owners and stake holders to ensure all information is current.
