Associate Director of Talent Acquisition Operations
Job Summary
Our client, an industry leading biotech company, has an immediate need for a strategically focused and motivated Associate Director of Talent Acquisition Operations. This person will partner closely with other team leaders to assess recruiting needs over the short- and long-term, develop a recruiting strategy, and oversee relationships with key partners. Reporting into the VP of Global Talent Acquisition, this person will manage, design, and implement new recruiting and sourcing initiatives.
A Qualified Candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree
- 8-10 years of experience within TA Operations
- Proven success partnering with senior leadership and influencing stakeholders
- Strong analytical and operational execution skills with excellent attention to detail
