Boca Raton is a small city on the eastern coast of Florida and is a hidden gem for those looking for employment. The convenient part about its location is its proximity to West Palm Beach and Delray Beach, which are both excellent areas for job seekers as well. In the last census, Boca Raton was shown to have just 91,332 residents, but the amenities that come with living in Palm Beach County can't be overlooked.

By the numbers
Boca Raton is small compared to some of the better known cities of Florida, like Miami or Tampa, but is a great place for both families and single people looking to make the move and settle down in the Sunshine State. The city boasts attractions such as the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens and the Boca Raton Museum of Art, as well as a balmy average temperature of 77 degrees Fahrenheit, according to Trip Advisor.

As mentioned before, despite the low number of residents, Boca Raton serves as a central home base for those looking for jobs. It's just a 20 minute drive to Delray Beach and around an hour to West Palm Beach. Florida Atlantic University has made Boca Raton its home as well, which provides an abundance of college life to the city.

"Boca Raton is a unique market in South Florida," says Aida Rodriguez, Division Director of Beacon Hill Staffing Group's Legal group located in Miami. "It is a city known for its affluent community and high income demographic. Given this, we have many law firms that cater to the diverse needs of the community, including those in the probate, real estate and corporate practice areas.  The city also boasts a strong presence of corporations that call Boca home, including Office Depot and ADT. The combination of private and public sector companies make for a thriving legal community with increasing job opportunities. It's a great time to live and work in this beautiful South Florida city."
