I joined Beacon Hill Technologies in September 2015 as a [Recruiter], with hopes of eventually transitioning into a client-facing role and ultimately a leadership position. Within two years… I was promoted four times and I am currently the Division Director of our branch in Denver.

I joined Beacon Hill Technologies in September 2015 as a Senior Staffing Consultant (Recruiter), with hopes of eventually transitioning into a client-facing (Account Executive) role and ultimately a leadership position. Within two years, both of these “hopes” turned into reality; I was promoted four times and I am currently the Division Director of our branch in Denver, Colorado.
One of the main reasons I chose to leave my previous organization for Beacon Hill was because of the opportunities for advancement, as well as executive leadership’s core values (Andy Wang, Jeff McLaren, Brian Pelligrini, etc.). My previous organization knew of my career goals, however, they weren’t willing to provide me with an opportunity to fulfill them, which ultimately drew me to Beacon Hill.
During my first month here, my Regional VP (Brian Pelligrini) addressed my career goals immediately, and offered me the opportunity to transition into the client-facing (Account Executive) role I was hoping for, and the rest is history.
The experience I’ve gained at Beacon Hill is unimaginable. I’ve grown more, personally and professionally, in my two years here than in my entire career before, and couldn’t be more thankful for it. Beacon Hill truly respects their employees as people, and will do everything in their power to provide them with endless opportunities as long as the effort is reciprocated.
