Jeff McLaren, Managing Director and EVP, Executive Committee Member

Mr. McLaren is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Technologies and its national expansion, overseeing IT staffing service/delivery, sales and daily operations, while personally focusing on key account management for clients spanning the country, from San Francisco to Chicago to Dallas to Boston. He is regarded as one of the best national providers of contract IT talent, known for consistently delivering high quality professionals across the country in project management, programming/development, business analysis, database, infrastructure, QA, help desk/support and ERP roles. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. McLaren was the top account executive at a national IT staffing/consulting firm where he serviced both local and national accounts. He began his IT staffing career in recruiting, locating and delivering hard to find talent in time sensitive situations. Mr. McLaren attended Tulane University and the University of Massachusetts School of Management where he majored in accounting.

Dave Abdou, Division Manager

Mr. Abdou is responsible for leading Beacon Hill Technologies’ National and Strategic Accounts recruiting team, as well as delivering high-quality consultants to our clients. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Abdou spent more than 14 years with a large IT staffing firm where he was consistently recognized as a top performer and leader. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of the Holy Cross, where he was the captain of the baseball team and majored in psychology.

Carla Andrea, Regional Director

Ms. Andrea is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Technologies in the Orange County and Los Angeles markets. She has more than 14 years of experience in the IT staffing industry, with a strong background in business development and account management in both the public and private sectors.  She is known for hiring and developing teams of top performing technical recruiters and account executives. Ms. Andrea is focused on providing high quality technical resources and is committed to building long-term partnerships with clients. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, she was a branch manager in the South Florida market for one of the world’s largest IT staffing firms. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Central Florida where she majored in Education.

Ross Arneberg, Senior Recruiting Manager

Mr. Arneberg is responsible for directing Beacon Hill Technologies’ Minneapolis recruiting team and providing top talent to both local and regional accounts. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, he was a nationally recognized top performer for one of the largest technical staffing firms in the nation where he recruited IT professionals on both a local and national basis. Mr. Arneberg received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of St. Thomas where he majored in entrepreneurship and economics.

Kim Ayers, Market Director

Ms. Ayers is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Technologies in the Washington, DC Metro marketplace, including direct management of Beacon Hill Technologies’ commercial customer business along with overseeing Beacon Hill Government Services. She is known for delivering high-end technology solutions to IT executives within the country’s top companies, and has been an expert in both recruiting and account management for a decade. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Ayers was a sales manager for one of the largest IT staffing firms in the world, where she managed national accounts and spearheaded the development of their Government Division. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Radford University where she majored in psychology.

John Barker, Regional Director

Mr. Barker is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Technologies in the Northern California markets, including San Francisco and Sacramento. With over 11 years in the IT staffing industry, he is known for building and developing highly successful sales and recruiting teams in some of the largest IT markets in the country. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, John led one of the top performing divisions for one of the largest IT staffing firms in the US. He started in the industry as a recruiter, and advanced into sales and leadership roles. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia Tech where he majored in management.

Jason Berglund, Division Director

Mr. Berglund is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Technologies in Minneapolis, overseeing IT staffing service/delivery, sales and daily operations, while personally focusing on key account management. He is an experienced IT staffing and consulting professional with a successful track record of establishing, managing and expanding client relationships with companies of all sizes across multiple industries. Mr. Berglund is known for building value-added relationships, superior client service, high-quality candidate referrals, local-market expertise and the ability to deliver both high-volume staffing requirements and staffing individual niche skillsets.  He began his staffing career in executive search before moving into IT staffing both on the recruiting and sales side, specializing in building specific candidate networks tailored to his clients. Mr. Berglund attended the University of St. Thomas where he holds both an undergraduate degree in business administration and an MBA in human resource management.

Jennifer Bird, Business Development Manager

Mrs. Bird is responsible for leading the business development and account management functions for the Beacon Hill Technologies team in Orange County, CA. She has been delivering top technology talent in the staffing industry since 2011. She started her career at Beacon Hill supporting the delivery side of the business,developing strong relationships and placing exceptional IT talent in the local market as well as helping mentor a team of recruiters. From there she moved over into the business development space. Her strong recruiting/sales background, positive attitude and resilience have led her to success, delivering top technology solutions to IT executives across a wide array of industries, including: Automotive, Financial Services, Healthcare, Mortgage/Real-Estate, Software and BioTech/Pharma. She is committed to understanding her client’s environment and needs in order to deliver high quality resources. She can be recognized for building long-term partnerships in the local OC area. Mrs. Bird received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with a minor in Communications from California State University, Long Beach.

John Bove, Division Director

Mr. Bove is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Technologies in Chicago. He has been delivering high-quality IT and business consultants across the Chicago market for more than a decade. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Bove served in a leadership role for a growing IT staffing company and was responsible for establishing their Chicago operation. Additionally, he was a recognized top performer for one of the largest IT consultancies in the world. Mr. Bove attended St. Norbert College in De Pere, WI, where he attained a Bachelor of Arts degree in international business and Spanish.

Steve Broadman, Division Director

Mr. Broadman is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill’s Government Services Division based in Washington, DC. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, he spent nearly 20 years in the IT staffing and consulting industry, working as a recruiter, account manager and solutions provider in the Washington, DC metro area. He is well known as a long-term relationship builder with his clients, candidates and consultants and has a deep understanding of the latest technology trends as well as the drivers for successful hiring decisions. Mr. Broadman has supported many top technology and government clients locally and nationally, including delivering on many large, project based staffing initiatives for various government entities, contracting partners and systems integrators. He is recognized as a trusted partner in identifying key strategic consultants for his clients, including those with various levels of security clearances. Mr. Broadman received a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from the University of Maryland.

Ken Cole, Senior Recruiting Manager

Mr. Cole is responsible for leading Beacon Hill Technologies’ Cleveland recruiting team and delivering quality IT consultants to local, regional and national accounts. He has over a decade of experience in the IT staffing industry and prior to joining Beacon Hill was a top producer and manager for one of the world’s largest IT staffing firms. Mr. Cole received a Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio University where he majored in communications and public relations.

Megan Gaume, Division Director

Ms. Gaume is responsible for directing Beacon Hill Technologies in the Los Angeles marketplace. She has been delivering top technology talent and customer solutions in the Southern California region since 2011. Ms. Gaume has a proven track record of success, delivering to clients across a wide array of industries, including entertainment, financial services, healthcare, hardware, software, manufacturing, insurance and retail. She is committed to building long-lasting customer relationships based on quality and trust and is recognized as an industry leader in the Southern California marketplace. Ms. Gaume has a strong background in business development. She started her career as an account executive for a national title company where she was consistently recognized as a top performer and leader. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Gaume worked for one of the largest, private administrative staffing companies in the United States. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from San Diego State University where she majored in sociology.

Bill Cook, Senior Recruiting Manager

Mr. Cook is responsible for leading Beacon Hill Technologies’ Boston recruiting team, as well as delivering quality consultants for local and national IT accounts. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Cook held management and lead staffing roles for one of the world's largest IT staffing firms, where he was consistently recognized throughout the country for high level performance. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, where he majored in sports management.

Brad Cooper, Division Director

Mr. Cooper is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Technologies in the Fort Worth market. With over a dozen years of experience within the Fort Worth market and seven in the IT staffing and services industry, he has a successful track record of consistently delivering high-end technology solutions to a multitude of clients across several markets and in varying industries. Mr. Cooper has been recognized as a trusted strategic business partner committed to building long-term, value-based client relationships with an emphasis on honesty, high-quality and exceptional service. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Cooper was the top-performing Account Executive and served as an industry leader for one of the nation’s largest IT staffing firms. Mr. Cooper received a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honors from Tarleton State University where he majored in Marketing and minored in Sociology. Mr. Cooper is also in the process of completing a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Tarleton State University.

Joe A. Cox, Division Director

Mr. Cox is responsible for managing Beacon Hill Technologies in Nashville, TN. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, he spent three years at one of the largest staffing companies in the world, where he was the top-rated account manager for his region while also being depended upon to run the development team that specialized in certain areas of technology. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alabama where he majored in telecommunications and political science.

Navjit Dang, Recruiting Manager

Ms. Dang is responsible for leading the Beacon Hill Technologies recruiting team for Madison, WI, as well as providing top talent to local and regional accounts. Prior to joining Beacon Hill Technologies, Ms. Dang worked for a top RPO consulting group as a recruiting specialist. She has eight years of experience working as an HR generalist and a recruiting specialist for corporate, RPO, BPO and staff augmentation needs. Ms. Dang is PHR certified. She has a Master’s degree in human resources and labor relations from UW Milwaukee and also has an MBA in human resources from India.

Mia Eckstein, Business Development Manager

Ms. Eckstein is responsible for leading the business development and account management functions for the Beacon Hill Technologies team in Washington, DC. Her dedication to success and unwavering work ethic has resulted in delivering elite technology solutions to various commercial clients across a wide array of industries in the D.C. metro area. Through establishing deep-rooted relationships, Ms. Eckstein truly understands her client’s business needs and consistently provides high caliber IT consultants. She prides herself on adding value and is devoted to being an instrumental staffing solution for all of her clients. Ms. Eckstein received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services from University of Delaware.

Katie Hackney, Division Director

Ms. Hackney is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Technologies in Columbus, Ohio. Ms. Hackney has a proven track record of success, delivering to customers across a wide array of industries, including biotech/pharmaceutical, financial services, healthcare, higher education, insurance, retail and technology. She is committed to building long-lasting customer relationships based on quality and trust. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Hackney worked in higher education with a focus on developing donor relationships. She received a Master of Science degree from Purdue University with a major in technology leadership and innovation. Ms. Hackney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in organizational leadership and supervision from Purdue as well.

Gary Hahn, Recruiting Manager

Mr. Hahn is responsible for managing Beacon Hill Technologies’ St. Louis recruiting team. With more than 15 years of staffing experience in the St. Louis area, he has worked in various functions managing, leading and mentoring recruiting and sales teams. Prior to Beacon Hill, he was a top performer and manager for one of the largest international IT staffing firms where he recruited IT professionals on both a local and national level. Mr. Hahn is a decorated Naval, Desert Storm Veteran who studied at Eastern Kentucky University with a focus in business administration.

Tom Heyroth, Business Development Manager

Mr. Heyroth is responsible for leading the business development and account management team for the Beacon Hill Technologies team in Madison, WI. Prior to joining Beacon Hill Technologies, Mr. Heyroth worked for a local information technology firm as their top account manager and became the director for their Madison branch. Mr. Heyroth has more than 20 years of experience working as an account manager and selling director in the IT arena in Madison, WI. Mr. Heyroth attended Madison College where he majored in accounting.

Jerry Hix, Division Manager

Mr. Hix is responsible for directing Beacon Hill Technologies in the Charlotte, NC marketplace. He has been delivering top talent and technology solutions to Fortune 500 and start-up organizations since 2007 and has extensive experience in business development and account management for both local and national clientele. Committed to building long-lasting customer relationships and developing a team that focuses on the specific needs and businesses within their market, Mr. Hix is an industry leader in his marketplace. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Hix managed the South Carolina market for one of the world's largest IT staffing firms. Prior to that he worked in account development/management and in recruiting for the same firm. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Carolina-Upstate where he majored in secondary education/history and received a Master's degree in education from Columbia College.

Dr. Jim Kanichirayil, Division Manager

Dr. Kanichirayil is responsible for leading and directing the Milwaukee, WI branch of Beacon Hill Technologies. He brings the mindset of an enterprise solutions provider to building the Milwaukee market. The bulk of Dr. Kanichirayil's professional career has been spent in either enterprise solution sales or in IT staffing. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, he was a Midwestern Regional Sales Manager for one of the world’s leading staffing software providers. During his time there, he engaged at the operational level with hundreds of staffing firms and leaders in the Midwest. What makes Dr. Kanichirayil unique in the staffing space is that he’s one of the few individuals in the sector who has a doctorate in organizational leadership with a focus on why employees join and leave organizations. Employee selection, development, training, and retention is his passion and he is consistently looking to share that knowledge with his clients and candidates. Dr. Kanichirayil received his doctorate from Olivet Nazarene University in education and ethical organizational leadership.

Vanessa Keenan, Recruiting Manager

Ms. Keenan is responsible for leading the Beacon Hill Technologies recruiting team in the greater Philadelphia area. Ms. Keenan has held senior recruitment and leadership positions at staffing companies for over a decade. She has her Bachelor’s degree in History from Montclair State University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Brian Kelley, Regional Director

Mr. Kelley is responsible for directing Beacon Hill Technologies in Madison and Milwaukee, Wisconsin as well as Des Moines, Iowa. Regarded as one of Wisconsin’s best and most knowledgeable talent acquisition professionals, both in the business and technology staffing and contract services sectors, he has been delivering high quality IT and business consultants across the Wisconsin market for more than a decade. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Kelley served as a Senior Account Executive for one of the largest IT staffing companies in the world and served as the IT Service Level Director for a billion dollar insurance company in Wisconsin. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree and Master's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he majored in history and counseling psychology.

Kathryn Kohl, Division Director

Ms. Kohl is responsible for directing Beacon Hill Technologies in the South Florida marketplace. She has been delivering top talent and technology solutions to Fortune 500 and start up organizations in South Florida since 2005 and has extensive experience in business development and account management for both local and national clientele. Committed to building long lasting customer relationships based on quality and trust, Ms. Kohl is an industry leader in her marketplace. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Kohl managed the South Florida location for one of the world's largest IT staffing firms and started her career as a recruiter for a top regional IT staffing firm. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from the Florida State University where she majored in Communication and has a certificate in Human Resource Management from Florida Atlantic University.

Kristy Lariviere, Recruiting Manager

Ms. Lariviere is responsible for leading and developing the Beacon Hill Technologies Detroit recruiting team as well as delivering the highest quality IT resources to local and regional accounts. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Lariviere was the sales manager for a leading property management company in the Metro Detroit area and was awarded top sales producer in her market. Ms. Lariviere studied at Schoolcraft College with a focus in Business Administration.

Kim Leckenby, Division Director

Mr. Leckenby is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Technologies for Beacon Hill’s Pittsburgh location. With over twenty years of experience delivering professional services to Pittsburgh and the surrounding areas, and more than a decade of experience within the IT staffing industry, he is known as one of the best practitioners in the marketplace. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Leckenby was a sales manager for one of the largest IT staffing companies in the world where he consistently delivered high-impact technical staffing solutions to IT executives. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University where he majored in economics and a Master of Public and International Affairs degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

John Majeski, Division Director

Mr. Majeski is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Technologies in Des Moines, overseeing IT staffing service/delivery, sales and daily operations, while personally focusing on key account management. He is an experienced IT staffing and consulting professional with a successful track record of establishing, managing and expanding client relationships with companies of all sizes across multiple industries. Mr. Majeski is known for building value-added relationships, superior client service, high-quality candidate referrals, local-market expertise and the ability to deliver both high-volume staffing requirements and staffing individual niche skillsets. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from North Dakota State University where he majored in social science education.

Chuck Martino, Recruiting Manager

Mr. Martino is responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing Beacon Hill’s Fort Lauderdale IT Recruiting team and is tasked with identifying and delivering top IT talent to local and regional accounts. He joined Beacon Hill as a Staffing Consultant in June of 2010 and has since moved upward within the organization to Senior Staffing Consultant, Lead Staffing Consultant, and Recruiting Manager. Prior to Beacon Hill, he worked for two national staffing companies and has been in the industry since 2006. Mr. Martino graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Communication from Bryant University in 2001.

Samantha Ocampo, Division Manager

Ms. Ocampo is responsible for leading and developing the Beacon Hill Technologies team in New York City. She joined Beacon Hill in 2011 as an Account Executive and grew within the organization to Lead Account Executive and Division Manager. Prior to relocating to New York City, Ms. Ocampo was part of Beacon Hill Technologies Fort Lauderdale, where she was responsible for breaking into numerous key accounts and establishing a strong client base. She prides herself on being an instrumental staffing solution for all of her clients. Ms. Ocampo attended Florida State University where she earned her Bachelors of Science degree in International Business and Spanish. 


Lindsey Paskvan, Senior Director of Strategic Accounts

Ms. Paskvan is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Technologies National Strategic Accounts group. With more than a decade of technology talent and solutions experience, Ms. Paskvan is best known to her customers for building customized sales and delivery programs that support the unique needs of enterprise level customers. Through these various delivery  programs, Ms. Paskvan and her teams have consistently ranked in the top 3 of vendor partners and received several accolades including vendor of the year. Additionally Ms. Paskvan is passionate about contributing to the community specifically in developing the next generation of technology talent. She is an active leader with various organizations such as YearUp, TechieYouth NYC, WITI, Dress for Success, Retts Syndrome and others. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Paskvan was served in Regional and National Director roles for the 2nd largest workforce company in the world, where she was responsible for managing teams responsible for supporting the organization’s largest national accounts. Ms. Paskvan received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Albion College, where she double majored in Psychology and Sociology.

Brian Pelligrini, Regional Vice President

Mr. Pelligrini is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Technologies in Minneapolis, Detroit, Madison, St. Louis, Chicago, Oak Brook, Des Moines and Denver. Regarded as one of the region’s top practitioners in technology staffing and contract services, he has been delivering high quality IT consultants across the Midwest for more than a decade. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Pelligrini served as a managing director for one of the largest IT staffing companies in the world, leading one of their top performing branches and managing several national accounts. He received a Bachelor of Arts and Master's degree from West Virginia University where he majored in engineering.

Jennifer Pritchard, Business Development Manager

Ms. Pritchard is responsible for leading the business development and account management functions for Beacon Hill Technologies in Des Moines, IA. She is a performance proven specialist to the Technology Services & Staffing Industry since 2007 with extensive experience providing contemporary hiring solutions, business development and account management. Committed to helping professionals meet organizational goals by building captivating teams and solving IT talent deficiencies, Ms. Pritchard is an industry leader in her marketplace. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Pritchard provided senior level business development services to the Des Moines, IA location for one of the world's largest IT staffing firms, where she was consistently recognized as a top performer.  She received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska Omaha where she majored in Communications and minored in Marketing.

Lindsay Reardon, Regional Director

Ms. Reardon is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Technologies in Boston and New York City, overseeing IT staffing service/delivery, sales and daily operations, while personally focusing on key account management. Ms. Reardon has a proven track record of success delivering to customers across a wide array of industries and has been delivering top technology talent and customer solutions in the Greater Boston area since 2008. As a leader, she is known for developing highly successful internal teams of technical Recruiters, Account Executives, and Staffing Consultants within contract/consulting services and permanent placement practices. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Reardon started her career as a recruiter for a large national IT staffing firm where she was consistently recognized as a top performer and leader. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from the Pennsylvania State University where she majored in Biology and minored in Health Policy and Administration.

Mike Reckner, Recruiting Manager

Mr. Reckner is responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing Beacon Hill’s Pittsburgh IT recruiting team. In addition, he is responsible for delivering IT talent to local and regional accounts. Mr. Reckner joined Beacon Hill as a Staffing Consultant in 2011 and has since earned promotions within the organization to Lead Staffing Consultant and Recruiting Manager. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University in South Florida.

Travis Reding, Regional Vice President

Mr. Reding is responsible for directing Beacon Hill Technologies in the Atlanta, Dallas, Austin, Charlotte, Fort Worth and South Florida marketplaces. With two decades of experience in the IT staffing industry, he has held leadership roles in both start-ups and global conglomerates and is known for consistently delivering excellence to the markets he has covered. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Reding managed and expanded the Central Texas region for one of the world’s largest IT staffing organizations and later relocated to Atlanta to lead efforts for one of the company’s largest markets. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University where he majored in exercise and sport science.

Karina Rigano, Division Director

Ms. Rigano is responsible for leading Beacon Hill Technologies in Parsippany, New Jersey. Ms. Rigano is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Technologies in New Jersey. In addition to growing the presence of Beacon Hill Technologies with current client entities, Ms. Rigano will be growing our client base into high-demand sectors within the New Jersey market. She prides herself on being trusted by her customers and puts quality and dependability in the highest regard. Ms. Rigano is originally from the Atlanta, Georgia area. With her success in the Atlanta market, she relocated to New Jersey six years ago, where she has continued her commitment to being a true leader in the technology talent and solutions industry. Prior to her role at Beacon Hill, Ms. Rigano was a top producer at several multi-national recruitment firms and technical staffing leaders. Ms. Rigano studied Business Administration at Berry College in Georgia, where she also earned a full athletic scholarship as one of the goalies for the Women's Soccer team.

Kristen Rodriguez, Recruiting Manager

Ms. Rodriguez is responsible for leading, mentoring and developing the Beacon Hill Technologies Indianapolis recruiting team. She is accountable for delivering the highest quality IT resources to local and regional accounts. Ms. Rodriguez joined the Indianapolis team in 2011 after graduating from Purdue University with a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Neuroscience and minor in Organizational Leadership.

Jeff Rosen, Regional Vice President

Mr. Rosen is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Technologies in the Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Tennessee markets. Regarded as one of the region’s foremost experts in IT staffing and contract services, he has been delivering high-quality IT consultants for over 15 years. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Rosen was a regional manager for one of the world’s largest IT staffing firms where he developed and managed several offices, including the Cleveland market, which was one of the company’s top performing locations. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cleveland State University where he majored in communications and advertising.

Laura Snyder, Senior Business Development Manager

Ms. Snyder is responsible for leading the business development and account management functions for the Beacon Hill Technologies team in Cleveland. With almost a decade of experience in the IT staffing industry, she is known for delivering high-end technology solutions to IT executives within the country’s top companies, and is respected as one of the top producers of IT staffing in Northeast Ohio. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Snyder worked for one of the world’s largest IT staffing companies where she was a consistent top sales producer nationally. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowling Green State University where she majored in Psychology and minored in Sociology.

Troy Steele, Regional Director

Mr. Steele is responsible for directing Beacon Hill Technologies in both the Dallas/Fort Worth and Austin marketplaces. As a well-known expert in the IT staffing arena for many years, he takes pride in his ability to assemble strong teams and deliver professional and consistent relationships with customers. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Steele managed a major market IT staffing office for one of the largest staffing companies in the world and, most recently, built and led the Dallas-Fort Worth market for a boutique IT staffing organization. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Illinois University where he majored in Radio/TV production.

Will Theis, Division Manager

Mr. Theis is responsible for leading and directing the Denver, CO branch of Beacon Hill Technologies – in addition to directly managing a supporting a portfolio of new & existing clients.  Mr. Theis’ background includes experience supporting Fortune 500, 100 and 25 companies enterprise-wide from both a recruiting and client relations standpoint. His industry experience includes Telecommunications, Finance & Banking, Oil/Gas/Energy, Military & Government, Aviation & Aerospace, Advertising/Marketing, Publishing, and Healthcare. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Theis worked at one of the largest IT Staffing Firms in the US where he successfully helped build and maintain a new office in St. Louis, MO and quickly became one of the branches’ top-producers. He received a Bachelor’s of Art’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance, Banking and Real Estate from the University of Missouri-Columbia (Robert Trulaske College of Business).

Lindsay Thomas, Business Development Manager

Ms. Thomas is responsible for leading the business development and account management functions for the Beacon Hill Technologies team in Boston, MA. Her tenacity and discipline have led to a proven track record of success, delivering high-end technology solutions to IT executives in both the public and private sectors and across a wide array of industries, including Healthcare, Government, Financial Services, Higher Education, Biotech/Pharmaceutical, Insurance, Retail and Technology. Ms. Thomas is well known as a long-term relationship builder with her clients, candidates and consultants. She is consistently recognized for adding value to her client companies by understanding their business and right fit profile at a granular level and referring the best talent for temporary, temp-to-hire and large project-based staffing initiatives in the Greater Boston market. Ms. Thomas received a Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations from Quinnipiac University.

Bryan Verduzco, Division Director

Mr. Verduzco is responsible for leading Beacon Hill Technologies in the Sacramento, CA area. He brings over 5 years of experience in the staffing industry, coming from one of the biggest technology markets in the world, San Francisco. While there he consistently delivered top technology talent to Fortune 500 clients and was responsible for managing an office for one of the nation’s largest IT staffing firms. He takes great pride in not just finding top talent but building lasting relationships with candidates and clients alike. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from San Diego State University where he majored in Business Management.

Luke Walker, Division Director

Mr. Walker is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Technologies in the Greater Philadelphia marketplace. With extensive experience in the IT staffing industry, Mr. Walker is known for delivering top quality talent and excellent customer care for clients across all industries, ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 500. He is committed to meeting his clients’ ever-changing needs and building long term business partnerships. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Walker led a top performing branch of one of the world’s largest IT staffing organizations where he was also recognized as one of the top account managers in the country. He received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.

Debra Wannstedt, Division Director

Ms. Wannstedt is responsible for leading and managing Beacon Hill Technologies in St. Louis, Missouri. Her career includes more than two decades of leadership by example in sales, marketing and technical positions. Ms. Wannstedt is known for partnering with customers to strategically solve their staffing needs through delivering top IT talent in the market. She is also passionate about developing and leading teams to achieve top performance in alignment with the corporate goals and objectives. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Wannstedt held Regional and Sales Manager positions with a few of the top industry staffing firms. Ms. Wannstedt has a demonstrated approach that enables her to fully understand the core business of her clients, with in-depth focus on their contingent labor staffing needs and the value added by delivering the right talent, at the right time. Ms. Wannstedt holds a Masters degree from Webster University in Marketing Communications along with a  Bachelor of Science degree from Maryville University in Management Information Systems.

Shannon Weaver, Senior Regional Director

Ms. Weaver is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Technologies in the Indianapolis, Nashville and Columbus, Ohio marketplaces. With almost a decade of experience in the IT staffing industry, she is known for delivering high-end technology solutions to IT executives within the country’s top companies, and is an expert in both recruiting and account management. Prior to Beacon Hill, Ms. Weaver managed the Chicago office, one of the largest markets, for a national IT staffing firm where she was personally recognized as one of the top account managers in the country, and began her staffing career as a technical recruiter for a start-up regional technology staffing company. She received a Bachelor of Science degree with distinction from Purdue University where she majored in hospitality and tourism management with a minor in sales and marketing.

Brandon White, Recruiting Manager

Mr. White is responsible for directing Beacon Hill Technologies’ Atlanta recruiting team and providing top talent to both local and regional accounts. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, he was a nationally recognized, top performer for one of the largest technical staffing firms in the nation where he recruited IT professionals on both a local and national basis. Joining the industry in 2001, Mr. White has several years of experience in IT recruiting. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Ava Wiseman, Division Director

Ms. Wiseman is responsible for leading Beacon Hill Technologies’ operations in the Detroit marketplace. Along with her responsibility of selling and delivering contract staffing services, Ms. Wiseman is currently creating and implementing strategic growth plans for Beacon Hill Technologies’ expansion into Michigan’s multiple markets including Grand Rapids and Lansing. Prior to joining Beacon Hill Technologies, Ms. Wiseman was a top producer for one of the world’s largest staffing company’s operations in Detroit. Ms. Wiseman studied at the University of Waukesha with a focus in Business Administration.
