Kathleen Keliher, Managing Director and EVP, Executive Committee Member

Ms. Keliher is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Solutions and its national expansion. With more than 15 years in the staffing industry, she is considered an expert in architecting and delivering complex industry leading solutions. She is known for her customized high touch approach by always putting her clients’ needs first. She works with clients of various sizes and scopes to deliver a solution that is unique to their needs including MSP/VMS, Master Vendor, RPO, SOW, 1099 and Pay Rolling. She is creative in her approach and excels at solving complex client problems by bundling solutions together to bring a comprehensive total talent approach to her clients. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Keliher was a VP of Sales and member of the Executive Committee for the solutions and services division of the 2nd largest workforce company in the world, where she was responsible for the development, growth, and management of the sales strategy, helping to build the business from concept to one of the most successful national organizations in the space. She began her staffing career managing multiple branches and on-sites for a private staffing company in New England. Ms. Keliher received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Merrimack College, where she majored in marketing and business administration.

John Williams, Executive Director

Mr. Williams is responsible for leading and directing delivery, client service, and operations across the country for Beacon Hill Solutions. As one of Beacon Hill Solutions’ founding executives, he also serves on its advisory committee. With almost two decades in the staffing industry, managing both branch and strategic engagements across all verticals, Mr. Williams is known for building high performing teams and collaborating with client partners to design customized solutions specific to their unique needs. His commitment to bringing best practices and partnership evolution to all engagements has earned him many accolades and awards throughout his career. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Williams served as a senior regional vice president for one of the world's largest global staffing organizations. In this former role, he served on their executive committee while leading the largest region for its fastest-growing solutions division, creating blended delivery operations across multiple services for the mid-market to large Fortune 500 companies across the United States. Mr. Williams attended the University of Maryland and has many hours of solution sales and strategy coursework to his credit.

Pauline Bakas, Regional Solutions Director

Ms. Bakas is responsible for leading and directing onsite client operations and service delivery for Beacon Hill Solutions in the Boston marketplace. She is tasked with daily oversight and operational support of MSP programs utilizing VMS technology as a vehicle to partner with clients to achieve greater visibility and efficiencies across their contingent workforce platform. Having worked in the staffing industry for the past 15 years, Ms. Bakas is known for providing clients within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and research industry both strategic and consultative workforce management solutions in the areas of Managed Solutions Provider (MSP), Master Vendor (MV), Payroll and Statement of Work (SOW). She has gained extensive knowledge in compliance, employee relations, operations management, supply chain management, talent acquisition and talent analytics. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Bakas worked for a leading global provider of talent management solutions as a National Operations Manager responsible for delivering best in class talent solutions and operations management. She was responsible for partnering with a high profile client, known as a pioneer in the biotechnology field, to customize and deliver contingent workforce solutions to allow the client to achieve their talent management and delivery goals across a $100+ million annual spend contingent workforce program. She holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology from Merrimack College and a Master’s of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources degree from Keller Graduate School of Management.

Cristina Ethridge, Strategic Sales Support Manager

Ms. Ethridge is responsible for enhancing Beacon Hill Staffing Group’s business development deliverables in written, visual, and data-driven mediums. Her primary responsibilities include project management, writing responses to Requests for Proposal, creating sales presentations, and positioning market data in support of client-specific challenges. She consults with Beacon Hill’s leaders to develop materials that present unique solutions to the talent-focused issues our clients face. As a member of Beacon Hill Solutions’ Leadership team, Ms. Ethridge actively collaborates with the company’s leaders across all divisions and locations, enabling our sales, operations, and functional experts to focus on their core responsibilities. By the nature of her work, Ms. Ethridge is a facilitator of Subject Matter Experts and end-users company-wide. Ms. Ethridge brings expertise in RFP and market intelligence software, corporate brand communication, and sales effectiveness. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Ethridge served as a Team Lead and Customer Intelligence specialist for a leading global staffing and HR solutions provider, supporting business development initiatives throughout the US and abroad. Ms. Ethridge is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, Isenberg School of Management.
