The premiere publication Staffing Industry Analysts has recognized Beacon Hill Staffing Group as a grand prize winner on its "Best Staffing Firms to Work For" List! Beacon Hill was recognized as the best staffing firm to work for among companies with 501 or more employees the largest such category that Staffing Industry Analysts measured. The winners were announced at the company's 27th Annual Executive Forum, held at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami, FL. 2018 represents the third year in a row that Beacon Hill has been recognized by SIA.

"This is an incredible honor," remarked Andrew Wang, CEO. "Of all the awards we have received, this is the most meaningful to me and our entire management team across the country."

Over 200 staffing firms participated in the program for 2018, which was conducted by SIA in collaboration with Quantum Workplace. Internal employees were asked to fill out a 40-item online questionnaire measuring 10 key elements of engagement, including teamwork, feeling valued, trust in senior leaders, compensation and benefits, and manager effectiveness. Companies were then ranked based on overall composite score, and the top quartile of each category was recognized.

Staffing firms must adopt a holistic approach that extends to the home. The successful staffing firms are those that allow employees to take off early to watch their kid’s baseball game or be there for a piano recital.”
