GeneralBeacon Hill Named Grand Prize Winner for SIA's Prestigious "Best Staffing Firms to Work For" List
01 March 2018
The premiere publication Staffing Industry Analysts has recognized Beacon Hill Staffing Group as a grand prize winner on its "Best Staffing Firms to Work For" List! Beacon Hill was recognized as the best staffing firm to work for among companies with 501 or more employees – the largest such category that Staffing Industry Analysts measured. The winners were announced at the company's 27th Annual Executive Forum, held at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami, FL. 2018 represents the third year in a row that Beacon Hill has been recognized by SIA.
"This is an incredible honor," remarked Andrew Wang, CEO. "Of all the awards we have received, this is the most meaningful to me and our entire management team across the country."
Over 200 staffing firms participated in the program for 2018, which was conducted by SIA in collaboration with Quantum Workplace. Internal employees were asked to fill out a 40-item online questionnaire measuring 10 key elements of engagement, including teamwork, feeling valued, trust in senior leaders, compensation and benefits, and manager effectiveness. Companies were then ranked based on overall composite score, and the top quartile of each category was recognized.
“The winners on this year’s Best Staffing Firms to Work For list are committed to creating an environment that helps their workers reach their potential, professionally and personally,” said Subadhra Sriram, Editor and Publisher, Media Products, at SIA. “Gone are the days when it was just about careers and 80-hour weeks. Staffing firms must adopt a holistic approach that extends to the home. The successful staffing firms are those that allow employees to take off early to watch their kid’s baseball game or be there for a piano recital.”
Beacon Hill Staffing Group’s niche brands provide direct hire, executive search, temporary staffing, contract consulting, temp/contract-to-hire, and MSP/VMS and RPO solutions to emerging growth companies and the Fortune 500 across multiple market sectors and all industries. Over time, office locations, specialty practice areas and service offerings will be added to address ever changing constituent needs.
