Mr. Goodman is responsible for the planning, design, coordination, and execution of Beacon Hill Solutions MSP programs. He is tasked with architecting the solutions that have been agreed upon by our clients and sales/operational leaders, including documentation of our clients' stated future state program and organizational goals. Mr. Goodman drives the details and processes that result in seamless program transitions. He works on-site alongside our clients, while also engaging VMS and internal Beacon Hill specialists in order to execute the defined tasks and timeline. Mr. Goodman additionally works side-by-side with our MSP leadership and new Program Management Office representatives, who are selected specifically for each client, to ensure that all systems and processes are effectively running. He conducts extensive User Acceptance Testing of the VMS and remains on-board after go-live, readily accessible to address post-launch adjustments.
Over the course of Mr. Goodman's career, he has held positions in both sales and operations, and due to his experience with 1099 compliance, acts as a consultant to clients in the labor risk category. His previous two positions as Implementation Director of a global staffing organization and most recently as Account Director for a large independent workforce management organization give Mr. Goodman a deep knowledge of the HR Solutions business. His methodical implementation approach further assists us in bringing best-in-class workforce solutions to our customers and prospects.
