Chief Executive Officer

Andrew Wang, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Wang is responsible for Beacon Hill Staffing Group’s vision, strategic direction and overall performance. He also chairs the company's Executive Committee. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Wang was a senior vice president for the third largest staffing company in the world, a global conglomerate with annual revenues exceeding $6 billion and operations in 29 countries. As SVP and National Director of Executive Search, he led their US based executive search efforts for multiple divisions across diverse specialty areas and also served as a senior operating committee member to the broader professional services company. During his time there, he progressed from top producer through many senior management roles to the executive level, while helping to grow the company from a privately held start-up to a publicly traded global industry leader. Mr. Wang received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Connecticut College, where he majored in government.

Charlie Cain, Managing Director and EVP, Executive Committee Member

Mr. Cain is responsible for leading and directing both Beacon Hill Associates and Beacon Hill HR nationally while serving as a member of the company’s Executive Committee. He is one of the founders of our company, having grown Beacon Hill Associates from a start-up to one of the premier administrative placement firms in the marketplace, attracting several of the top staffing professionals in the country while training and developing new consultants. Mr. Cain is known for outstanding client service, team management and market knowledge. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Cain led one of the most successful branches of a national public staffing organization, where he was also recognized as a top individual producer. Prior to his placement career, he spent three years in sales and marketing for the Boston Red Sox. Mr. Cain received a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College, where he majored in finance and economics.

Kim Abhold, Division Manager

Ms. Abhold is responsible for managing and delivering temporary staffing services for Beacon Hill Associates in Chicago. An experienced leader, Ms. Abhold has earned a reputation for providing outstanding client service and placing high-quality talent while paying attention to the smallest detail of every staffing assignment. Her vast referral network and local market expertise have allowed her to become a trusted resource of Chicago’s most successful companies including many of the area’s prominent commercial real estate firms, high-profile investment banks, leading professional services firms, large non-profit organizations and emerging growth companies. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Abhold managed temporary staffing for nearly a decade at a highly-regarded Chicago boutique that specialized in administrative placement. Prior to her career in staffing, Ms. Abhold was a top producing sales executive in the fashion industry in New York City. Not only is Ms. Abhold active in informal networks, but she is also an active member of BOMA , a building and real estate association, and BNI, an international networking organization. Ms. Abhold attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in retail merchandising and management.

Laura Centofanti Verastegui, Division Director

Ms. Centofanti Verastegui is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Associates in Charlotte, NC. Ms. Centofanti has spent the last ten years connecting Charlotte’s top companies with the area’s best available talent. An expert in administrative placement, Ms. Centofanti Verastegui has spent her entire staffing career in the Charlotte market earning a reputation for outstanding client service, high quality candidate referrals and local market knowledge. In addition to traditional administrative roles, Ms. Centofanti Verastegui has experience placing professionals in temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire roles in marketing, sales, customer service and corporate support. Lori Croyle, Division Director

Ms. Croyle is responsible for managing and directing Beacon Hill Associates in Pittsburgh. She is an experienced professional with a successful track record of establishing, managing and expanding client relationships with companies of all sizes across multiple industries. Ms. Croyle is known for superior client service, high quality candidate referrals, local market expertise and the ability to deliver on high-volume staffing requirements. Angela DiPaul Gould, SHRM-CP, PHR, Division Director

Ms. DiPaul Gould is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Associates in the Greater Philadelphia marketplace. A dedicated leader, she has earned a reputation throughout her career for outstanding customer service, high quality candidate referrals and delivering creative solutions for her clients. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. DiPaul Gould managed the Center City location of a successful regional staffing firm based in Pennsylvania, where she was also a top individual producer. Ms. DiPaul Gould began her career in our industry as a Staffing Consultant for one of the largest staffing firms in the world, quickly earning promotions to Staffing Manager and then to Assistant Branch Manager. Prior to her career in staffing, Ms. DiPaul Gould spent two years in sales with The Hershey Company. Kristen Freeman Johnson, Division Director

Ms. Freeman Johnson is responsible for directing Beacon Hill Associates in Washington, DC. A natural leader, she is a consultative resource to many of DC’s most successful companies, distinguished associations, prominent commercial real estate firms and respected non-profit organizations. Ms. Freeman Johnson has developed a reputation for providing outstanding client service and delivering elite talent. Her ability to understand the business, industry and corporate culture of a client allows her to match the ideal candidates to complex, high-volume and hard-to-fill staffing requests. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Freeman Johnson was a top producing staffing manager for several years at a highly-respected DC area boutique agency focused on administrative placement. Heather Harrold Carpenito, Division Manager

Ms. Harrold Carpenito is responsible for managing the delivery of temporary staffing services for Beacon Hill Associates in the Boston office.  She is one of the firm’s founding members and is well known for her unique ability to handle time sensitive and dynamic client needs while overseeing a vast and diverse active temporary workforce.  Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Harrold-Carpenito was a leader in one of the largest divisions of an international staffing organization where she ran one of their most successful temporary services operations.  She received a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Northeastern University where she majored in psychology.

Emily M. Kaeli, Division Director

Ms. Kaeli is responsible for directing temporary, temp-to-hire and contract staffing services for Beacon Hill Associates in the New York City area. Ms. Kaeli has spent her entire professional career delivering the highest quality temporary talent to clients in the NYC marketplace, partnering with leading companies in the private equity, hedge fund, financial services, consulting, fashion, real estate and media industries. An expert in temporary staffing for administrative and support level positions, she has earned a reputation for outstanding client service, unparalleled market knowledge and high quality placements. Trish Kellogg, Division Director

Ms. Kellogg is responsible for directing Beacon Hill Associates in Atlanta. Ms. Lashbrook Colby is responsible for leading Beacon Hill Associates in the New York City metro area. Her leadership, enthusiasm and passion for placement have helped her become a valuable resource for NYC's top administrative talent. Stacei Shelley, Division Manager

Ms. Shelley is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Associates in the Fort Worth market. For more than a decade, Ms. Shelley has provided outstanding talent to the best companies in Dallas and Fort Worth. She has delivered on volume staffing projects as well as complex individual requests with the same high quality service, attention to detail, transparent communication and excellent follow up. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Shelley was a Regional Sales Executive and Business Development Manager for two of the largest staffing firms in the world. While there, she was a top individual producer working across branches throughout the DFW marketplace while also responsible for hiring, managing and leading a team. Prior to her career in staffing, Ms. Shelley worked as a sales and marketing executive in the medical device industry. Rebecca Wright, Regional Director

Ms. Wright is responsible for directing Beacon Hill Associates in Boston and Washington, DC. A  proven leader, she launched Beacon Hill Associates DC, the first Associates location outside of Boston, leading the office to record growth and success while helping Beacon Hill become one of the most valued staffing partners in the region. Ms. Wright has a passion for staffing and has built relationships with some of the nation’s top nonprofits, lobbying firms, trade associations, global professional services organizations, investment boutiques and commercial real estate companies. Ms. Wright is consistently recognized for adding value to her client companies by finding the right fit and referring the best talent for temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire roles. Joanna Foulk, Managing Director and EVP, Executive Committee Member

Amy Van Sicklin, Managing Director and EVP, Executive Committee Member

Ms. Van Sicklin leads Beacon Hill’s cross-divisional, national recruitment organization for internal hires, including Beacon Hill’s campus recruiting program, while also directly managing the Boston operation for Beacon Hill Financial and serving on the company’s Executive Committee. She is regarded as one of the best search and staffing consultants in the marketplace and, prior to joining Beacon Hill, was a regional manager of accounting and financial search for a globally recognized, multi-divisional staffing organization. Ben Daves, Division Director

Mr. Daves is responsible for directing Beacon Hill Financial in the St. Louis marketplace. He is known for his extensive management experience and the ability to provide exceptional levels of customer service, while providing top talent to the area’s businesses on both a contract/temporary and direct-hire basis. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Daves was responsible for managing a staffing operation for the world’s largest specialized staffing firm where, in addition to his operations management, he was responsible for maintaining enterprise-wide relationships, on a national basis, for staffing and recruiting with many of the nation’s Fortune 1000 companies coast to coast. Mr. Daves received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Drury University, where he majored in business management.

Rikki Denniston, Division Director

Mrs. Denniston is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Financial in the Seattle marketplace. With extensive experience in the accounting and finance staffing sectors, she is responsible for overseeing all offerings and delivery models in the market, including but not limited to, executive search, direct-hire, and temporary/contract placement. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mrs. Denniston was a branch manager for one of the nation’s top-producing offices within a global accounting and finance staffing firm. She attended the University of South Florida as an accounting major and worked as an accountant professionally before transitioning to the staffing industry.

Todd Games, Division Manager

Mr. Games is responsible for leading Beacon Hill Financial in the greater Bellevue, WA marketplace. With extensive experience in the accounting and finance staffing industry, he is regarded for his ability of delivering top-quality talent and customer service to his clients. Priding himself on delivering a flexible “client first model,” he has provided client solutions that range from entry level to CFO. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Games was a branch manager and top producer for a global accounting and finance staffing firm where he received multiple awards and recognitions. Justin Kuhn, Division Director

Mr. Kuhn is responsible for directing Beacon Hill Financial in the Dallas/Fort Worth marketplace. With extensive experience in the Accounting & Finance staffing industry, Mr. Kuhn is known for delivering top quality talent and excellent customer care for clients across all industries, ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 500. Bryan Mulhern, Regional Director

Mr. Mulhern is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Financial in the Greater Philadelphia marketplace. With extensive experience in both management and personal production within the staffing industry, he has developed long-term relationships with both candidates and clients by taking a customized approach, focusing on delivering the best possible solutions across all situations. His clients have ranged from start-up companies to well-established fortune 500 corporations across all industries, including manufacturing, retail, distribution, utilities, financial services and software. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Mulhern was a practice manager for a national staffing and consulting firm where he was recognized for numerous accomplishments, including Rookie of the Year, Top Producer and Presidents Club member. Michael Pickens, CPA, Division Director

Mr. Pickens is responsible for leading Beacon Hill Financial in the Chicago region and directing Beacon Hill’s executive search practice and its Midwest expansion. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Pickens held various leadership roles within two prominent international recruitment firms where he created and directed multi-disciplinary businesses in both executive search and staffing. He is well known for his commitment to clients and unwavering focus on recruiting exceptional talent for their organizations, and has been recognized as a top producer in the Chicago marketplace for many years. Before beginning a career in executive search and staffing, Mr. Pickens was an audit manager with a Big Four accounting firm leading audits in the energy, financial services, manufacturing and distribution sectors. Mr. Pickens received a Bachelor of Science degree in business with a concentration in accounting from Tulane University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Susan Puglisi, Division Director

Ms. Puglisi is responsible for leading Beacon Hill Financial in the New York City marketplace. Pete Van Scoy, Division Manager

Mr. Van Scoy is responsible for leading Beacon Hill Financial’s Dallas contract team by delivering top talent and consultants to our clients and expanding our local market share. Mr. Van Scoy joined Beacon Hill Financial in 2012 and has consistently been recognized as a top performer, assisting in training new members while bringing his accounting and finance recruiting experience in the Dallas market. Jeff McLaren, Managing Director and EVP, Executive Committee Member

Mr. McLaren is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Technologies and its national expansion, overseeing IT staffing service/delivery, sales and daily operations, while personally focusing on key account management for clients spanning the country, from San Francisco to Chicago to Dallas to Boston. He is regarded as one of the best national providers of contract IT talent, known for consistently delivering high quality professionals across the country in project management, programming/development, business analysis, database, infrastructure, QA, help desk/support and ERP roles. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. McLaren was the top account executive at a national IT staffing/consulting firm where he serviced both local and national accounts. Kim Ayers, Market Director

Ms. Ayers is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Technologies in the Washington, DC Metro marketplace, including direct management of Beacon Hill Technologies’ commercial customer business along with overseeing Beacon Hill Government Services. She is known for delivering high-end technology solutions to IT executives within the country’s top companies, and has been an expert in both recruiting and account management for a decade. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Ayers was a sales manager for one of the largest IT staffing firms in the world, where she managed national accounts and spearheaded the development of their Government Division. Steve Broadman, Division Director

Mr. Broadman is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill’s Government Services Division based in Washington, DC. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, he spent nearly 20 years in the IT staffing and consulting industry, working as a recruiter, account manager and solutions provider in the Washington, DC metro area. He is well known as a long-term relationship builder with his clients, candidates and consultants and has a deep understanding of the latest technology trends as well as the drivers for successful hiring decisions. Charlie Cain, Managing Director and EVP, Executive Committee Member

Mr. Cain is responsible for leading and directing both Beacon Hill Associates and Beacon Hill HR nationally while serving as a member of the company’s Executive Committee. He is one of the founders of our company, having grown Beacon Hill Associates from a start-up to one of the premier administrative placement firms in the marketplace, attracting several of the top staffing professionals in the country while training and developing new consultants. Lorri Zelman, Division Director

Ms. Zelman is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill HR in New York City. A seasoned HR professional, Ms. Zelman combines deep expertise in executive search with 12 years of prior leadership experience in corporate Human Resources, providing the foundation for a consultative, strategic and personal approach to client relationships. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Zelman was Managing Director of the HR Executive Search practice of a NYC-based boutique, where she was also a top individual producer for nearly a decade. Prior to this, Ms. Zelman also launched and managed the HR Search practice of another NYC-based boutique, overseeing executive search, direct hire and contract staffing operations. Before entering search, Ms. Zelman held leadership roles in corporate Human Resources functions across multiple industries including advertising, media, technology and hospitality, in addition to working as a change management consultant for one of the largest consulting firms in the world. He began his staffing career in Boston on the direct (permanent placement) side of the business, and ultimately became known as one of the region's top contract attorney specialists, consistently delivering quality personnel for even the most complex and demanding projects, before managing the contract attorney operation for Beacon Hill's Boston location. Mr. Tarbox sits on the firm’s technology committee and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Hampshire.

Heather Box, Division Director

Ms. Box is responsible for directing Beacon Hill Legal in Dallas, TX. A proven staffing industry leader, executing on both the sales and recruiting sides of the business, she has spent her legal staffing career focusing on the temporary, temp-to-hire and direct-hire placement of law firm administrators, paralegals, legal secretaries, legal receptionists and legal file clerks. Cindy Eidnes, JD, Division Director

Ms. Eidnes is responsible for directing Beacon Hill Legal in Minneapolis. She has been a major force in the Twin Cities legal staffing market for over two decades, providing temporary attorneys to both firms and corporations covering large scale document reviews to high level attorney requirements within various areas of substantive legal expertise. She also specializes in the direct placement of attorneys and has staffed paralegals on both a direct and temporary basis. Prior to Beacon Hill, Ms. Eidnes opened and managed the first legal staffing company in the Twin Cities to provide temporary attorneys for document review projects. She quickly became known as the top provider of contract and temporary attorneys in the marketplace.

Ms. Eidnes began her career as a litigator within a law firm in Denver and also worked in-house managing litigation for an insurance company in Connecticut. She is very active in the local legal community, currently serving as a co-chair for the Professional Development Committee of Minnesota Women Lawyers; a consultant to the MN-ACC Career Management Committee; and is on the governing body for the Corporate Counsel Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association. Ms. Eisenreich is responsible for directing Beacon Hill Legal in Chicago, specializing in both contract staffing and direct-hire placement of the area’s top attorneys, paralegals and legal secretaries. Karen R. Maheu, JD, Division Director

Ms. Maheu directs Beacon Hill Legal in Southern California. Ms. Maheu has provided solutions to law firms and corporate legal departments on a national basis for more than 15 years, with a focus on document reviews and substantive knowledge attorneys, and is known for her responsiveness and attention to client preferences and details, especially in highly-sensitive cases. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Maheu directed the revitalization of the Los Angeles office of one of the world’s largest legal staffing firms. She began her career in the legal recruitment and staffing industry with a company she helped grow to an Inc. 500-recognized, nationally-operated organization. Ms. Maheu is active in numerous legal associations and a speaker on developments within the legal industry. Kendall F. Smardzewski, JD, Division Director

Ms. Smardzewski leads the Washington, DC office for Beacon Hill Legal, serving as Division Director. Ms. Vega-Lamboy is responsible for leading Beacon Hill Legal in New York City. Liz Davies, Division Director

Ms. Davies is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Pharma’s Boston office, as well as managing national and local accounts. She brings 10 years of solutions-based sales experience to the team within the healthcare technology and pharmaceutical/biotech industries. Prior to joining Beacon Hill Pharma, Ms. Davies led a sales team with a national consulting firm and has consistently been a top performer throughout her career. Juliette Hilliard, Recruiting Manager

Christine Obercian, Division Director

Ms. Obercian is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Pharma’s King of Prussia office, located just outside of Philadelphia, as well as managing national and local accounts. She brings nearly 20 years of experience within the life sciences industry, including clinical research and project management, working with and for various sponsors and CROs on international drug and device trials across various therapeutic areas and phases. Prior to joining Beacon Hill Pharma, Ms. Obercian developed and managed a clinical research service division of an international company. Maricela Ostrand, Division Director

Mrs. Ostrand is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Pharma from the Chicagoland office, as well as managing national and local accounts. She is known for delivering solutions within the pharmaceutical industry and has been an expert in both recruiting and sales. Prior to joining Beacon Hill Pharma, Mrs. Ostrand was a business development director for a national pharmaceutical staffing firm and also has over a decade of corporate human resources/recruitment experience with pharmaceutical companies. Kathleen Keliher, Managing Director and EVP, Executive Committee Member

Ms. Keliher is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Solutions and its national expansion. With more than 15 years in the staffing industry, she is considered an expert in architecting and delivering complex industry leading solutions. She is known for her customized high touch approach by always putting her clients’ needs first. She works with clients of various sizes and scopes to deliver a solution that is unique to their needs including MSP/VMS, Master Vendor, RPO, SOW, 1099 and Pay Rolling. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Keliher was a VP of Sales and member of the Executive Committee for the solutions and services division of the 2nd largest workforce company in the world, where she was responsible for the development, growth, and management of the sales strategy, helping to build the business from concept to more than 50 clients nationally exceeding 400M spend under management. She began her staffing career managing multiple branches and on-sites for a private staffing company in New England. John Williams, Executive Director

Mr. Williams is responsible for leading and directing delivery, client service, and operations across the country for Beacon Hill Solutions. As one of Beacon Hill Solutions’ founding executives, he also serves on its advisory committee. With almost two decades in the staffing industry, managing both branch and strategic engagements across all verticals, Mr. Williams is known for building high performing teams and collaborating with client partners to design customized solutions specific to their unique needs. His commitment to bringing best practices and partnership evolution to all engagements has earned him many accolades and awards throughout his career. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Williams served as a senior regional vice president for one of the world's largest global staffing organizations. In this former role, he served on their executive committee while leading the largest region for its fastest-growing solutions division, creating blended delivery operations across multiple services for the mid-market to large Fortune 500 companies across the United States. Cristina Ethridge, Strategic Sales Support Manager

Ms. Ethridge is responsible for enhancing Beacon Hill Staffing Group’s business development deliverables in written, visual, and data-driven mediums. Her primary responsibilities include project management, writing responses to Requests for Proposal, creating sales presentations, and positioning market data in support of client-specific challenges. She consults with Beacon Hill’s leaders to develop materials that present unique solutions to the talent-focused issues our clients face. As a member of Beacon Hill Solutions’ Leadership team, Ms. Ethridge actively collaborates with the company’s leaders across all divisions and locations, enabling our sales, operations, and functional experts to focus on their core responsibilities. Jeff McLaren, Managing Director and EVP, Executive Committee Member

John Barker, Regional Director

Mr. Barker is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Technologies in the Northern California markets, including San Francisco and Sacramento. With over 11 years in the IT staffing industry, he is known for building and developing highly successful sales and recruiting teams in some of the largest IT markets in the country. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, John led one of the top performing divisions for one of the largest IT staffing firms in the US. He started in the industry as a recruiter, and advanced into sales and leadership roles. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia Tech where he majored in management.

Jason Berglund, Division Director

Mr. Berglund is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Technologies in Minneapolis, overseeing IT staffing service/delivery, sales and daily operations, while personally focusing on key account management. He is an experienced IT staffing and consulting professional with a successful track record of establishing, managing and expanding client relationships with companies of all sizes across multiple industries. Mr. Berglund is known for building value-added relationships, superior client service, high-quality candidate referrals, local-market expertise and the ability to deliver both high-volume staffing requirements and staffing individual niche skillsets.  He began his staffing career in executive search before moving into IT staffing both on the recruiting and sales side, specializing in building specific candidate networks tailored to his clients. Jennifer Bird, Business Development Manager

Mrs. Bird is responsible for leading the business development and account management functions for the Beacon Hill Technologies team in Orange County, CA. Samantha Ocampo, Division Manager

Mr. Mace is responsible for Beacon Hill's accounting and financial organization, directing all financial and tax reporting, banking, budgeting and planning, as well as the operational areas including payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, information technology and human resources. Ms. Antosz is responsible for managing Beacon Hill’s marketing efforts, including the company’s online presence, advertising, social media initiatives, internal and external communications, public relations and job board management. She is also responsible for developing and implementing the company’s overall marketing strategy and managing all outside marketing vendors. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Antosz coordinated marketing efforts for an AmLaw 200 law firm headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA. She graduated magna cum laude from Robert Morris University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications.

Andrea Arsenault, Accounts Payable Supervisor

Ms. Arsenault is responsible for managing Beacon Hill's Accounts Payable department, including processing and payments of internal invoices. She also supports the company's C2C/1099 payment procedures and consultant relations. Responsible for all Beacon Hill locations nationwide, she manages various payable accounts, including marketing licenses, supplies, office rents, sponsorships, utilities and many more. Ms. Arsenault began her career in Accounting at a market research/consulting firm in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where she was a Senior Staff Accountant. She received her Bachelors of Science degree in business management specializing in accounting and finance from Keene State College, where she was also captain of the Women's Basketball team.

Paige Charbonneau, PHR, SHRM-CP, Benefits & Compliance Manager

Ms. Charbonneau is certified by HRCI as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and holds a SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management. She manages the members of Beacon Hill’s Human Resources team who are primarily responsible for providing day-to-day, top-level support and guidance to internal and temporary employees in the areas of comprehensive employee benefits administration, training, compliance, policies/procedures, employee onboarding and employee-relations. This includes working directly with a variety of outside vendors and state agencies as well as collaborating with all internal departments throughout Beacon Hill. Ms. Charbonneau graduated cum laude, Dean’s List with Honors from Boston College where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology.

Michael A. Chiappardi, Collections Supervisor

Mr. Chiappardi is responsible for managing the company's Collections Department, providing strategic direction in coordinating Beacon Hill's daily collection efforts. He works closely with senior management to establish and maintain strong relationships for all customer accounts, ensuring outstanding service while resolving billing issues and reducing accounts receivable delinquency. Mr. Chiappardi began his career with Beacon Hill in 2012 as an Accounts Payable Specialist. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, he spent several years in production and artistic administration with a Boston arts organization. Mr. Chiappardi received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University where he double majored in music and religion.

Jim Demone, CPA, Controller

Mr. Demone is responsible for managing Beacon Hill’s accounting department, which oversees company-wide payroll, billing/collections and accounts payable. He also manages the monthly close, the preparation of the company’s financial statements and the preparation of various tax and benefit plan filings. He began his career in public accounting, focusing on multi-national consumer good companies, and prior to joining Beacon Hill was a corporate accounting manager for a publicly traded multi-national manufacturing company. Mr. Demone is a certified public accountant (CPA) and received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and a Master of Accounting degree from the Sawyer School of Management at Suffolk University.

Matt Depin, Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Mr. Depin is responsible for overseeing the billing department with a significant involvement in the temporary employee payroll process every week. This includes helping to manage the billing of permanent placement candidates, overseeing the weekly invoice creation process for all temporary assignments, and managing our automated timesheet processing operations for some of the company’s largest clients. Mr. Depin also plays an important role in some of the company’s month end reconciliations. Mr. Depin received a Bachelor of Science in Management degree from the University of Massachusetts, Boston where he majored in accounting.

Stephen Lavoie, Manager of Technology & Operations

Mr. Lavoie is responsible for Beacon Hill’s day-to-day IT projects and operations for internal staff, across the country. Primarily, he is the main point of contact/liaison between the end users and the Data Center/Helpdesk, which he also oversees. Additionally, Mr. Lavoie trains all new employees on the company’s in-house applicant tracking systems, coordinates with multiple vendors when opening new offices, and liaisons with senior management for key infrastructure and operational enhancements throughout the company. Mr. Lavoie began his career as an IT recruiter with Beacon Hill Technologies. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire’s Whittemore School of Business and Economics, where he minored in information technology.

Tom Mello, Cash-In Manager

Mr. Mello is responsible for oversight of the billing, cash application and collections functions. He began his career as a financial manager and has worked in a range of industries including electrical wholesale, specialty chemicals, data storage and staffing. He works closely with senior management to develop support level expectations which will ensure standardized premium support. At the same time, he continually reviews internal processes for potential improvement opportunities. Mr. Mello received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts where majored in business management with a concentration in marketing.

Sarah Owen, Manager of Operational Accounting

Ms. Owen is responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day billing operations with significant involvement in the payroll operations for temporary employees. This includes oversight and management of many of the company’s largest VMS accounts including monitoring time approval, purchase order expiration and collection issues for these strategic clients. Ms. Owen also has a direct role in the monthly close and financial reporting process. Ms. Owen received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bentley College where she majored in business management.

Jennifer Patterson, Manager of Administration

Ms. Patterson is responsible for Beacon Hill’s office operations, coordinating policies and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency across the country. In addition to leading Beacon Hill’s team of office coordinators, she is also responsible for facilities and vendor management as well as overseeing event planning, marketing and travel. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Patterson served as artistic administrator for New England’s largest opera company. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mount Holyoke College where she majored in political science.

Jennifer Ryan, CPP, Payroll/HR Manager

Ms. Ryan is responsible for managing the national payroll for all regular, contract and temporary employees. This includes all operational payroll processes as well as partnering with Beacon Hill’s corporate accounting department to ensure the proper withholdings on employee paychecks, the timely submission to regulatory agencies, the timekeeping of contract/temporary employee hours and the distribution of company-wide paychecks. In addition, Ms. Ryan is responsible for the company’s human resources function including employee benefits, policies/procedures and compliance. Ms. Ryan received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts where she majored in English.

Charles F. Sullivan III, Chief Information Officer

Mr. Sullivan is Beacon Hill’s lead architect responsible for all technology infrastructure management. In addition to developing and executing on strategies to increase efficiency and productivity and aligning Beacon Hill’s IT infrastructure to support business priorities, he oversees all internal IT operations, including, but not limited to, streamlining business processes with technology, selecting and collaborating with vendors that supply infrastructure and telecom solutions, and personally handling engineering efforts across the Data Center, WAN, and office locations nationally. Mr. Sullivan began his IT career as an information technology consultant specializing in the networks of municipalities and large public school systems. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst where he majored in Computer and Network Security and holds a VMWare Certified Professional certificate.

Amy Van Sicklin, Managing Director, Executive Committee Member

Ms. Van Sicklin leads Beacon Hill’s cross-divisional, national recruitment organization for internal hires, including Beacon Hill’s campus recruiting program, while also directly managing the Boston operation for Beacon Hill Financial and serving on the company’s Executive Committee. She is regarded as one of the best search and staffing consultants in the marketplace and, prior to joining Beacon Hill, was a regional manager of accounting and financial search for a globally recognized, multi-divisional staffing organization. She began her placement career at a Boston-based search boutique, quickly becoming the top individual producer in her division, and spent several years prior within the corporate reporting and analysis department of a Fortune 500 company. Ms. Van Sicklin received a Bachelor of Science degree from Ithaca College where she majored in accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.
