Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Wang is responsible for Beacon Hill Staffing Group’s vision, strategic direction, overall performance and chairs the company's Executive Committee. 

Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Wang was a senior vice president for the third largest staffing company in the world, a global conglomerate with annual revenues exceeding $6 billion and operations in 29 countries. As SVP and National Director of Executive Search, he led their US based executive search efforts for multiple divisions across diverse specialty areas and also served as a senior operating committee member to the broader professional services company. During his time there, he progressed from top producer through many senior management roles to the executive level, while helping to grow the company from a privately held start-up to a publicly traded global industry leader. Mr. Wang received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Connecticut College, where he majored in government.

BH Associates

Mr. Cain is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Associates and its national expansion.  He is one of the company’s founding members, having grown Beacon Hill Associates from a start-up to one of the premier administrative placement firms in Boston, attracting many of the top staffing professionals in the marketplace while training and developing new consultants.  Mr. Cain is known for outstanding client service, team management and market knowledge.  Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Cain led one of the most successful branches of a national public staffing organization, where he was also recognized as a top individual producer.  Prior to his placement career, he spent three years in sales and marketing for the Boston Red Sox.  Mr. Cain received a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College, where he majored in finance and economics.
Ms. Pearl brings more than twenty years of placement experience to the firm, and is one of New England’s most successful and highly regarded professionals in the area of administrative and office support personnel. Her impeccable record of client satisfaction, along with her instinctive ability to make placements, has made her a brand name in Boston for more than two decades representing some of the most sought after companies in the region. As a proven expert, consistently bringing market dominance to the placement and staffing firms she has worked with in the past, Ms. Pearl leads business development and service delivery efforts for Beacon Hill Associates and provides strategic guidance to the business overall. Ms. Pearl is a certified personnel consultant and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Vermont, where she majored in sociology.
Ms. Harrold-Carpenito is responsible for managing the delivery of temporary staffing services for Beacon Hill Associates in the Boston office.  She is one of the firm’s founding members and is well known for her unique ability to handle time sensitive and dynamic client needs while overseeing a vast and diverse active temporary workforce.  Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Harrold-Carpenito was a leader in one of the largest divisions of an international staffing organization where she ran one of their most successful temporary services operations.  She received a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Northeastern University where she majored in psychology.
Ms. Burtman is responsible for directing Beacon Hill Associates in Washington, DC. A proven leader, she has a passion for staffing and has built relationships that span the unique DC market, partnering with some of the nation’s top nonprofits, lobbying firms, trade associations, global professional services organizations, investment boutiques and commercial real estate companies. Ms. Burtman is consistently recognized for adding value to her client companies by finding the right fit and referring the best talent for temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire administrative roles. Her aptitude, professionalism and drive to deliver are why high profile DC clients ask her to fill their toughest openings. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Burtman was Principal at a highly regarded administrative placement boutique in DC, where she was the company’s top producer for several years while training and developing business development staff. She received two Bachelor of Arts Degrees, Magna Cum Laude, from American University where she majored in political science and, through an interdisciplinary major, communications, legal studies, economics and government.
Ms. Lashbrook Colby is responsible for leading Beacon Hill Associates in the New York City metro area. Her market knowledge, consultative approach, outstanding client service and high level of accountability allow her to function as an extension of the companies she represents. Her leadership, enthusiasm and passion for placement have helped her become a valuable resource for NYC's top administrative talent. She has extensive experience placing support professionals in the consulting, executive search, media, real estate, financial services and investment management industries. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Lashbrook Colby was a top producer at one of NYC’s leading boutique administrative staffing agencies where she managed the direct hire division and supported temporary placement. An avid networker, she is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and is on the board of the Human Resources Association of New York (HR/NY). She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University where she majored in child and family studies.
Ms. Pirrie is responsible for leading and managing Beacon Hill Associates in Chicago. Ms. Pirrie has earned a reputation as a responsive professional who works hard to learn the business of her clients, refers the best talent and provides consultative input regarding workforce development programs. Her direct approach, maximum effort and high level of accountability to clients allow her to deliver immediate results for all temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire administrative needs. With a diverse mix of clients including leaders in the financial services, technology, healthcare, consulting and professional services industries, Ms. Pirrie manages client relationships ranging from the Fortune 500 to emerging growth companies, to small Chicago-based businesses. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Pirrie was the top producer of a regional staffing firm based in Chicago where she was consistently recognized for her leadership, effectiveness and outstanding account management. A dual U.S./Australia citizen, Ms. Pirrie began her staffing career overseas recruiting IT professionals for one of Australia’s most successful recruitment firms. Ms. Pirrie received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago where she majored in Marketing and Spanish and graduated Magna Cum Laude. She is a Certified Staffing Professional, active networker and current member of the Society of Human Resource Professionals (SHRP) and the Staffing Management Association of Chicago. 
Ms. Gabbert is responsible for leading and managing Beacon Hill Associates in Dallas / Fort Worth.  Ms. Gabbert is recognized as a market expert in North Texas, with over 15 years of experience specializing in the placement of administrative and human resource professionals. Regarded as a top-producing industry leader, Ms. Gabbert has been recognized for directing dynamic sales teams, developing new recruiters and building strong relationships with clients of all sizes from Fortune 500 companies to family-owned businesses across all industries. Ms. Gabbert has cultivated long-term business partnerships due to her consultative approach and effective service delivery. Prior to Beacon Hill, she worked at regional firms based in Texas as well as the DFW office of one of the largest staffing firms in the world, where she was recognized as a top individual producer and outstanding leader. Ms. Gabbert has been a frequent speaker at events focused on HR trends and career development. She is actively involved in a number of professional associations, including IAAP (International Association of Administrative Professionals) and SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management). Ms. Gabbert studied at Austin College, majoring in business administration.
Ms. Croyle is responsible for managing and directing Beacon Hill Associates in Pittsburgh. She is an experienced professional with a successful track record of establishing, managing and expanding client relationships with companies of all sizes across multiple industries. Ms. Croyle is known for superior client service, high quality candidate referrals, local market expertise and the ability to deliver on high-volume staffing requirements. She invests time with each client to understand their individual hiring process, observe the work environment when possible and properly identify fit. Her work ethic, candor and commitment to project completion have earned Ms. Croyle an outstanding reputation. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Croyle was a branch manager and top individual producer at a well-respected national staffing firm. BH Financial

Ms. Puglisi is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Financial, its national expansion and operation. Expert in both contract staffing and executive search, she is known across the marketplace as a leader in the staffing industry, assembling world-class delivery teams and delivering outstanding service to clients across the country. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Puglisi was President of the finance and accounting contract division of a national, multi-divisional staffing firm. She also served as a regional vice president for the world’s largest specialized staffing firm and began her career in public accounting at a Big Four firm. Ms. Puglisi received Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University, where she majored in government.
Ms. Van Sicklin founded and launched Beacon Hill Financial, Beacon Hill’s financial specialty division, leads and directs its operation in the Boston area and, as one of the managing directors of Beacon Hill, also serves on the company’s Executive Committee. She is regarded as one of the best search and staffing consultants in the marketplace and, prior to joining Beacon Hill, was a regional manager of accounting and financial search for a globally recognized, multi-divisional staffing organization. She began her placement career at a Boston-based search boutique, quickly becoming the top individual producer in her division, and spent several years prior within the corporate reporting and analysis department of a Fortune 500 company. Ms. Van Sicklin received a Bachelor of Science degree from Ithaca College where she majored in accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.
Mr. Bolduc is responsible for leading temporary and contract staffing for Beacon Hill Financial in the Boston office. He is highly regarded by both clients and colleagues and has a reputation of providing outstanding client service staffing financial and operational projects with temporary personnel at all levels. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Bolduc was a managing member of a national contract consulting organization where he ran financial temporary staffing. He began his staffing career as a Branch Manager for one of the largest staffing companies in the world. Mr. Bolduc received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lynn University where he majored in marketing.
Mr. Pickens is responsible for leading Beacon Hill Financial in the Chicago region and directing Beacon Hill’s executive search practice and its Midwest expansion. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Pickens held various leadership roles within two prominent international recruitment firms where he created and directed multi-disciplinary businesses in both executive search and staffing. He is well known for his commitment to clients and unwavering focus on recruiting exceptional talent for their organizations, and has been recognized as a top producer in the Chicago marketplace for many years. Before beginning a career in executive search and staffing, Mr. Pickens was an audit manager with a Big Four accounting firm leading audits in the energy, financial services, manufacturing and distribution sectors. Mr. Pickens received a Bachelor of Science degree in business with a concentration in accounting from Tulane University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Kuhn is responsible for directing Beacon Hill Financial in the Dallas/Fort Worth marketplace. With extensive experience in the Accounting & Finance staffing industry, Mr. Kuhn is known for delivering top quality talent and excellent customer care for clients across all industries, ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 500. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Kuhn managed a major market Accounting & Finance temporary staffing office for one of the largest staffing companies in the world and, most recently, built and led the Dallas-Fort Worth market for a boutique Accounting & Finance Executive placement organization. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, TX.
Mr. Alaniz is responsible for leading temporary and contract staffing for Beacon Hill Financial in the Dallas office.  He is highly regarded by clients, candidates and colleagues and has a reputation of providing outstanding client service staffing financial projects with temporary personnel at all levels.  Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Alaniz was a managing member of a national contract consulting organization where he ran financial temporary staffing.  He began his staffing career as a Staffing Manager and was then promoted within six months to Division Manager for one of the largest staffing companies in the world. He attended Our Lady of the Lake University where he pursued a degree/focus in Human Resources.

BH Human Resources

Ms. Harris is responsible for leading Beacon Hill HR in the Boston marketplace. As a valued resource to the region’s top human resources professionals, she provides outstanding service to Beacon Hill’s clients and places HR professionals on a contract, direct and temp-to-hire basis. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Harris was a top producer at one of Boston’s leading boutique staffing firms, where she partnered with clients ranging from the Fortune 500 to emerging growth companies in the real estate, consulting, financial services, biotech and healthcare fields, placing administrative and human resources professionals on both a contract and direct-hire basis. Prior to the staffing industry, Ms. Harris worked at Putnam Investments where she provided sales and marketing support to a group of Regional Marketing Directors. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia where she majored in economics and minored in history.

BH Legal

Mr. Tarbox is responsible for directing Beacon Hill Legal's national expansion. Expert in the contract staffing of attorneys, paralegals and legal secretaries, as well as large scale project management, he has been with Beacon Hill since its inception, and has been instrumental in building the Beacon Hill Legal brand partnering with many of the Nation's top firms. He began his staffing career in Boston on the direct (permanent placement) side of the business, and ultimately became known as one of the region's top contract attorney specialists, consistently delivering quality personnel for even the most complex and demanding projects, before managing the contract attorney operation for Beacon Hill's Boston location. Mr. Tarbox sits on the firm’s technology committee and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Hampshire.

Ms. Eidnes is responsible for directing Beacon Hill Legal in Minneapolis. She has been a major force in the Twin Cities legal staffing market for almost two decades, providing temporary attorneys to both firms and corporations covering large scale document reviews to high level attorney requirements within various areas of substantive legal expertise. She also specializes in the direct placement of attorneys and has staffed paralegals on both a direct and temporary basis. Prior to Beacon Hill, Ms. Eidnes opened, and managed, the first legal staffing company in the Twin Cities where she quickly became known as the top provider of contract and temporary attorneys in the marketplace.

Ms. Eidnes began her career as a litigator within a law firm in Denver and also worked in-house managing litigation for an insurance company in Connecticut. She is very active in the local legal community, currently serving as a co-chair for the Professional Development Committee of Minnesota Women Lawyers and as a member of the MN-ACC Career Management Committee. Ms. Eidnes received her undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota and a JD from Stanford Law School.

Mr. Luttich is responsible for directing Beacon Hill Legal in Washington, DC. A proven and successful legal recruiter, he has built relationships with many of the nation’s most respected law firms in one of the most competitive legal staffing markets in the country. His clients rely on his ability to provide the best-available temporary staff in a time-sensitive manner, while creatively customizing staffing solutions for their specific needs and requirements. Additionally, he is experienced in providing project management throughout the lifecycle of litigation and antitrust projects. Prior to Beacon Hill, Mr. Luttich specialized in business development and legal project management for one of the country’s largest legal staffing companies and he began his career as a litigator in Kansas City. Mr. Luttich received a JD from the University of Kansas School of Law where he served on The Kansas Law Review and a Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Ms. Brandenburg is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Legal in Atlanta. Having partnered with many of the city’s top law firms and corporations, Amanda has been recognized as one of the best legal recruiters in the Atlanta marketplace for quite some time. She is known for excellence, delivering on document review projects as well as singular temporary and contract-to-hire needs including attorneys, paralegals, contract administrators, legal secretaries and other legal support staff. Prior to Beacon Hill, Ms. Brandenburg ran the Atlanta business development and delivery efforts for one of the largest legal staffing firms in the country, where she was consistently recognized as the top producer in the southeastern region. Ms. Vega-Lamboy is responsible for leading Beacon Hill Legal in New York City. She began her professional career as a litigation paralegal and is an active member of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Yanes attended Miami Dade College and double majored in Business as well as Paralegal studies.
Ms. Eisenreich is responsible for directing Beacon Hill Legal in Chicago, specializing in both contract staffing and direct-hire placement of the area’s top attorneys, paralegals and legal secretaries. Mr. McLaren is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Technologies and its national expansion, overseeing IT staffing service/delivery, sales and daily operations, while personally focusing on key account management for clients spanning the country, from San Francisco to Chicago to Dallas to Boston. He is regarded as one of the best national providers of contract IT talent, known for consistently delivering high quality professionals across the country in project management, programming/development, business analysis, database, infrastructure, QA, help desk/support and ERP roles. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. McLaren was the top account executive at a national IT staffing/consulting firm where he serviced both local and national accounts. He began his IT staffing career in recruiting, locating and delivering hard to find talent in time sensitive situations. Mr. McLaren attended Tulane University and the University of Massachusetts School of Management where he majored in accounting.
Mr. Rosen is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Technologies in the Indiana, Ohio and Pennsylvania markets. Mr. Cole is responsible for leading Beacon Hill Technologies’ Cleveland recruiting team and delivering quality IT consultants to local, regional and national accounts. He has over a decade of experience in the IT staffing industry and prior to joining Beacon Hill was a top producer and manager for one of the world’s largest IT staffing firms. Mr. Cole received a Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio University where he majored in communications and public relations.
Mr. Reding is responsible for directing Beacon Hill Technologies in the Atlanta and Dallas marketplaces. Mr. Leckenby is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Technologies for Beacon Hill’s Pittsburgh location. With over twenty years of experience delivering professional services to Pittsburgh and the surrounding areas, and more than a decade of experience within the IT staffing industry, he is known as one of the best practitioners in the marketplace. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Leckenby was a sales manager for one of the largest IT staffing companies in the world where he consistently delivered high-impact technical staffing solutions to IT executives. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University where he majored in economics and a Master of Public and International Affairs degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
Ms. Weaver is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Technologies in the Indianapolis marketplace. With almost a decade of experience in the IT staffing industry, she is known for delivering high-end technology solutions to IT executives within the country’s top companies, and is an expert in both recruiting and account management. He has been in the IT staffing industry since 2003, and prior to joining Beacon Hill he was a Recruiting Manager for one of the world’s largest IT staffing firms managing local and regional recruiters in support of 10 major markets across the southern United States. Mr. Courrege received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana State University where he majored in English writing and culture.
Mr. Pelligrini is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Technologies in Minneapolis, Detroit, Madison and St. Louis. Regarded as one of the region’s top practitioners in technology staffing and contract services, he has been delivering high quality IT consultants across the Midwest for more than a decade. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Pelligrini served as a managing director for one of the largest IT staffing companies in the world, leading one of their top performing branches and managing several national accounts. Mr. Walker is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Technologies in the Greater Philadelphia marketplace. Mr. Kelley is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Technologies in Madison, Wisconsin. Regarded as one of Wisconsin’s best and most knowledgeable talent acquisition professionals, both in the business and technology staffing and contract services sectors, he has been delivering high quality IT and business consultants across the Wisconsin market for more than a decade. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Kelley served as a Senior Account Executive for one of the largest IT staffing companies in the world and served as the IT Service Level Director for a billion dollar insurance company in Wisconsin. Mr. Steele is responsible for directing Beacon Hill Technologies in the Dallas/Fort Worth marketplace. As a well-known expert in the IT staffing arena for many years, he takes pride in his ability to assemble strong teams and deliver professional and consistent relationships with customers. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Steele managed a major market IT staffing office for one of the largest staffing companies in the world and, most recently, built and led the Dallas-Fort Worth market for a boutique IT staffing organization. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Illinois University where he majored in Radio/TV production.
Mr. Fennell is responsible for leading the Beacon Hill Technologies South Florida recruiting team. With recruiting experience in both staffing and corporate settings, he has been consistently recognized as one of the market’s top practitioners. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Fennell was the Manager of Talent Acquisition and Retention for a leading business process outsourcing organization focusing on virtual call centers and spent nearly a decade in the South Florida market as both a recruiter and account manager for one of the world’s largest IT consulting firms. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the State University of New York at Albany where he studied English and Criminal Justice.
Ms. Roos is responsible for managing and leading the Beacon Hill Technologies Southern California recruiting team, as well as delivering quality consultants for local and national IT accounts. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, she was a lead recruiter for one of the world's largest IT staffing firms, where she was recognized as a top 10% producer four years in a row. Ms. Roos received a Bachelor of Arts degree from San Diego State University, California where she majored in Liberal Studies.
Mr. Barnabei is responsible for leading the Beacon Hill Technologies IT recruiting team in Michigan, delivering quality IT consultants to local accounts. Prior to his role with Beacon Hill Technologies, he was a key member of the national delivery team for one of the world’s largest technical staffing companies. Mr. Barnabei received a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from American Intercontinental University, where he majored in Healthcare Management.
Ms. Wiseman is responsible for leading Beacon Hill Technologies’ operations in the Detroit marketplace. Along with her responsibility of selling and delivering contract staffing services, Ms. Wiseman is currently creating and implementing strategic growth plans for Beacon Hill Technologies’ expansion into Michigan’s multiple markets including Grand Rapids and Lansing. Prior to joining Beacon Hill Technologies, Ms. Wiseman was a top producer for one of the world’s largest staffing company’s operations in Detroit. Ms. Wiseman studied at the University of Waukesha with a focus in Business Administration.
Mr. Abdou is responsible for leading Beacon Hill Technologies’ National and Strategic Accounts recruiting team, as well as delivering high-quality consultants to our clients. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Abdou spent more than 14 years with a large IT staffing firm where he was consistently recognized as a top performer and leader. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of the Holy Cross, where he was the captain of the baseball team and majored in psychology.

Corporate

Mr. Mace is responsible for Beacon Hill's accounting and financial organization, directing all financial and tax reporting, banking, budgeting and planning, as well as the operational areas including payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, information technology and human resources. He also manages the integration of front and back office systems as well as the online timesheet management and billing system. Mr. Mace began his career in public accounting and moved to private industry, working in both domestic and multi-national companies for more than a decade. He is a certified public accountant (CPA), a member of the firm's technology committee and a Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP). Mr. Mace received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Saint Michael's College and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in information systems from the Sawyer School of Management at Suffolk University.
Mr. Demone is responsible for managing Beacon Hill’s accounting department, which oversees company-wide payroll, billing/collections and accounts payable. He also manages the monthly close, the preparation of the company’s financial statements and the preparation of various tax and benefit plan filings. He began his career in public accounting, focusing on multi-national consumer good companies, and prior to joining Beacon Hill was a corporate accounting manager for a publicly traded multi-national manufacturing company. Mr. Demone is a certified public accountant (CPA) and received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and a Master of Accounting degree from the Sawyer School of Management at Suffolk University.
Ms. Ryan is responsible for managing the national payroll for all regular, contract and temporary employees. This includes all operational payroll processes as well as partnering with Beacon Hill’s corporate accounting department to ensure the proper withholdings on employee paychecks, the timely submission to regulatory agencies, the timekeeping of contract/temporary employee hours and the distribution of company-wide paychecks. In addition, Ms. Ryan is responsible for the company’s human resources function including employee benefits, policies/procedures and compliance. Ms. Ryan received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts where she majored in English.
