Our client, a recently founded energy company specializing in developing technology that will reduce the cost of hybrid vehicles and energy storage, is seeking an entry-level IP Paralegal. Responsibilities will include supporting the General Counsel/IP Attorney with all Intellectual Property efforts, maintaining schedules, filing with the United States Patent and Trademark Organization, and conducting various patent searches. The ideal candidate for this position will have 6 months to 1 year of previous experience, preferably within a legal environment, and with an interest in learning patent law.
